This page is about the Affiliate Manager, the tool to run your own affiliate program. If you want to earn commissions by referring people to HighLevel, read how the GoHighLevel affiliate program works and how to become an affiliate.
The GoHighLevel Affiliate Manager lets you run your own affiliate or referral program without separate software. You create a campaign for a funnel, website or store page, choose pay per lead or pay per sale (flat, percentage or recurring), give each affiliate a tracking link and a portal, and pay commissions monthly through PayPal or manually, with terms from NET-7 to NET-90.
Based on HighLevel’s Affiliate Manager articles, updated September 25, 2026.
A course creator spends $3,000 a month on ads to sell a $497 program. Meanwhile, twenty of her past students already recommend it to friends for free. The day she gives them a link and 30% of every sale, she adds a sales channel that only costs money when it works.
That is what the GoHighLevel Affiliate Manager is for. Agencies use it to reward client referrals, course creators and coaches to recruit affiliates, and local businesses to run referral programs. This guide covers setup step by step, commissions, tracking, the affiliate portal and payouts.

How to set up an affiliate program in GoHighLevel
- Create the product. In Payments > Products create the one-time or subscription product, then add it to the funnel or website page you will promote.

- Create the campaign. Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Campaigns > New. Choose the source page and the pay per lead or pay per sale model.
- Set commission and terms. Flat, percentage or recurring, and a payout term from NET-7 to NET-90.
- Add affiliates. Invite them or add them manually. Each one is notified and gets a link and portal access.
- Give them material. Swipe emails, social posts and images in a shared folder or a membership area.
- Review and pay monthly. On the 1st of each month payouts appear as pending; approve, pay and mark them as paid.
