Terms of Use

Leer en español: Términos de uso · Ler em português: Termos de uso

Last updated: 24 October 2026. These Terms of Use set the rules for using ghl.software, an independent guide to GoHighLevel run by José A. Gaibor (“we”, “us”). They are written to be read, not skimmed past, so we’ve kept them short.

Acceptance and what this site is

By browsing or commenting on ghl.software, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. These Terms apply to all language versions of ghl.software and work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

ghl.software publishes guides, comparisons and tutorials about GoHighLevel, the platform made by HighLevel LLC, and about related tools. The site is independent: it is not owned by HighLevel, and we are not HighLevel’s agent or employee.

Everything here is for general information and education. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or other professional advice, and it doesn’t take your specific situation into account. Before making business, legal or financial decisions, check with a qualified professional. Using the site doesn’t create any client, advisory or partnership relationship between you and us. We may update, reorganise or remove content at any time, and we don’t promise the site will always be available.

Prices, features and links to other sites

GoHighLevel and the other tools we cover change their prices, plans, features, limits and trial offers often, sometimes without notice. We date our articles and try to keep them current, but information can become outdated. Always confirm prices and features on the official website before you buy or sign up. Free trials, discounts and bonuses mentioned on the site are set by the companies that offer them and can end at any time.

Some links are affiliate links: if you sign up for GoHighLevel through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how this works.

We also link to third-party websites and tools, such as Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Base44 or v0. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices. Any purchase or account you create there is between you and that company, under its own terms.

Trademarks and intellectual property

GoHighLevel, HighLevel and the names, logos and product names of other tools mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify and describe those products. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership by those owners, unless a page clearly says so.

The original content of ghl.software, including texts, structure, graphics, guides and translations, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read it, share links to it and quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. You may not copy, republish, sell or translate substantial parts of the site, or use it to train or feed automated systems, without our written permission. Quoting our content must not suggest that we endorse your product or service.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to us with the details and we’ll review it promptly.

Comments

Comments are open on posts so readers can ask questions and share experiences. When you comment, you agree to:

  • be respectful and stay on topic;
  • not post spam, self-promotion, affiliate links or links to unrelated sites;
  • not post illegal, defamatory, hateful or misleading content, or anyone else’s personal data;
  • post only content you have the right to share;
  • never share passwords, API keys or account details, since everything you post is public.

You keep ownership of your comment, but you give us a free, non-exclusive permission to publish and display it on the site. We may moderate, edit for length or clarity, or remove any comment at our discretion. Comments are the opinion of their authors, not ours. We aren’t obliged to answer every comment, and our replies are general guidance, not support from HighLevel. Our Privacy Policy explains what data is stored when you comment.

No guarantees of results or earnings

Some articles discuss business results, client acquisition or earning money with GoHighLevel, including through its affiliate program. Any results we describe are based on our own experience or on examples, and they are not typical or promised. Your results may be different, and there is no guarantee you will make money. Outcomes depend on your effort, skills, market, budget and many factors outside anyone’s control.

We work to keep content accurate, but we provide the site “as is”, without warranties of any kind about its completeness, accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from relying on its content, or from your use of third-party tools you discover here, including lost profits, data or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms when the site or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, where the site owner is based. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live. If a problem comes up, please write to us first so we can try to solve it informally.

These Terms, together with the legal pages linked below, are the full agreement between you and us about using the site. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect, and if we don’t enforce a rule right away, that doesn’t mean we waive it.
