GoHighLevel mobile app: what it does, the white label version and what it costs

Leer en español: App móvil de GoHighLevel · Ler em português: Aplicativo do GoHighLevel · Part of all GoHighLevel features

Quick answer

Yes, GoHighLevel has a mobile app for iOS and Android, in a HighLevel version and an unbranded LeadConnector version, with no separate fee. From the phone you answer SMS, email, WhatsApp, chat, Facebook and Instagram messages, take and make calls, update contacts and opportunities, manage appointments, send invoices, take payments with Tap to Pay and respond to reviews. Agencies can add their own white label app ($497/month) and a branded client portal app for course and community members ($49/month per sub-account).

Based on HighLevel’s pricing page and Mobile App help articles, checked in October 2026.

Marcus runs a three-truck HVAC company and spends most of his day in a crawl space or a driveway, not at a desk. A homeowner fills in the quote form at 2:40 p.m. By the time Marcus would get back to a laptop, that homeowner has already called two competitors. With the GoHighLevel mobile app on his phone, the notification arrives, he reads the form, replies by text from the truck and books the visit into tomorrow’s calendar before he climbs back down the ladder.

That is what the app is for: the daily work of a business, done from wherever the owner or the team happens to be. This page explains which app to install (there are four, plus a desktop app), what each one can and cannot do, what an agency can put its own brand on, and what every option costs, so you know before you promise a client “your own app”.

The GoHighLevel mobile app in four versions: HighLevel, LeadConnector, white label app, client portal app, plus the desktop app

Which GoHighLevel app do you need?

App Who uses it Brand shown Cost
HighLevel app You, your team and any account user HighLevel No separate fee
LeadConnector app Your clients, when you resell under your own brand LeadConnector (no HighLevel name) No separate fee
White label mobile app Your clients, in the App Store and Google Play under your name Your agency $497/month add-on, included in Enterprise
Branded Client Portal app Your clients’ students and community members The business or your agency $49/month per sub-account
Desktop app (Windows, macOS, Linux) Anyone who prefers a dedicated window to a browser tab HighLevel, LeadConnector or your own build The help article lists no separate price

The first two are free downloads. The white label app also needs Apple ($99/year) and Google ($25 one-time) developer accounts in your company’s name.

What the GoHighLevel mobile app does

Unified conversationsInbound and outbound SMS, email, WhatsApp, live chat, Facebook and Instagram messages in one inbox, with scheduled SMS and email, attachments and voice notes.
CallsInbound calls to your HighLevel number can ring specific users’ apps, and you can call any contact from the app. Phone and SMS.
ContactsEdit standard and custom fields, notes and tasks, see transactions, add the contact to a workflow or campaign and share it as a vCard. A business card scanner creates contacts from a photo.
OpportunitiesCreate or move deals in your pipelines while you are still with the client. CRM.
AppointmentsSee, create and reschedule appointments on your calendars. Calendars.
Invoices and Tap to PaySend one-time or recurring invoices and take in-person payments with Point of Sale, both through Stripe. Payments.
ReviewsSend review requests, read and reply to Google and Facebook reviews, and start a dispute on an inaccurate one. Reviews.
NotificationsNew messages, leads and bookings reach your phone as push notifications.

The revamped v4 app, rolled out through Labs, adds an App Drawer, a home screen with tasks due, pipeline value, unread messages, today’s appointments and a six-month revenue chart, universal search across conversations, contacts and opportunities, a true-black dark mode and “Ask AI” for agency admins. Group chat is in public beta from version 3.95.0.

What still needs the web or desktop app

Building, not just usingWorkflows, pipelines, calendars, custom fields and the Stripe connection are created on the web. On the phone you use them: add a contact to a workflow, move a deal, book a slot.
Fewer features than desktopHighLevel itself says the mobile app has fewer features than the desktop experience. Funnels, websites and blogs are edited on a computer.
Access follows the planIn SaaS Mode, the modules a client sees in the app follow the plan you set in the SaaS Configurator. White label and SaaS.
Labs features changeThe v4 layout and the Unified Client Portal are Labs features with phased rollouts, so screens can differ between accounts.

If you prefer a dedicated window on the computer, the HighLevel and LeadConnector desktop apps for Windows, macOS and Linux give the same experience and data as the web app, with native operating-system notifications and an account switcher for users with several sub-accounts.

Your own white label app in the App Store and Google Play

This is the option behind “your own app”: an iOS and Android app with your agency’s name, icon and colors, which HighLevel compiles and publishes to your developer accounts. It costs $497/month as an add-on, and it comes included with the Enterprise plan.

  1. Get the accounts first. A D-U-N-S number, an Apple Developer Program organization account ($99/year) and a Google Play Console organization account ($25 one-time). Individual Apple accounts are not supported.
  2. Prepare public policy pages. Publish a privacy policy and terms of service; both stores ask for them in the listing.
  3. Brand it in the customizer. Agency view > Mobile App: app name, icon, light and dark logos, colors, fonts and the login screen.
  4. Choose the navigation. A bottom bar with 4–5 items or a side drawer, plus custom modules that open any URL with role-based visibility.
  5. Connect the stores and subscribe. Link App Store Connect and Play Console, then pick the monthly or quarterly Custom Agency App subscription.
  6. Build, test, publish. Generate an internal build to test, then production. Apple’s first review usually takes 1–3 business days.
  7. Promote it to sub-accounts. Turn on promotion so your clients see your app and its download links instead of HighLevel’s.

Two extras matter for agencies: adding POS, invoices or estimates to the app unlocks Tap to Pay, and from release 4.18.0 you can enable WhatsApp inbound calling in your white label app.

The Branded Client Portal app for members

The white label app is for your clients and their staff. The Branded Client Portal app is for their customers: the students of a course, the members of a community. HighLevel builds it with the business’s colors, logo, icon, app name and store listing, and members get courses, community discussions and push notifications in one place.

Price$49/month per sub-account on the pricing page, described as an introductory price in the changelog. Agencies can resell it at the price they choose.
Live sessionsSince the October 2026 update, members join Live Sessions and Rooms from Communities inside the app.
Member HubBilling, subscriptions, documents and contracts, certificates and shared files in one area.
TimingAbout 2–3 weeks to go live after the sub-account submits the app form with correct details.

On the web, the Unified Client Portal (a Labs feature) gives the same members one login for their dashboard, courses, communities, billing and files. More on that in courses and communities.

Frequently asked questions

Does GoHighLevel have a mobile app?

Yes. HighLevel publishes a HighLevel-branded app and a LeadConnector app (the same app without HighLevel branding) for iOS and Android. HighLevel lists the mobile app among its core platform features, with no separate charge. Agencies can also pay for an app under their own brand.

What is the difference between the HighLevel and LeadConnector apps?

They do the same job. The HighLevel app carries HighLevel branding; LeadConnector is a graylabeled version that is not visibly tied to HighLevel, so agencies can hand it to clients without breaking their white label.

How much does a white label GoHighLevel app cost?

The white label mobile app is a $497/month add-on on HighLevel’s pricing page, and it is included in the Enterprise plan. On top of that you need an Apple Developer Program organization account ($99/year) and a Google Play Console organization account ($25 one-time), plus a D-U-N-S number.

Can I build workflows or funnels from the app?

No. The app is for daily work: conversations, calls, contacts, opportunities, appointments, invoices and reviews. Workflows, pipelines, calendars, custom fields and the Stripe connection are created on the web or desktop app first, then used from the phone.

Is there an app for my course students and community members?

Yes: the Branded Client Portal app, $49/month per sub-account (an introductory price according to HighLevel’s changelog). Members get courses, communities, push notifications and, since the October 2026 update, live sessions and a Member Hub for billing, documents and certificates.

Is there a desktop app?

Yes. HighLevel and LeadConnector desktop apps exist for Windows, macOS and Linux, with native notifications and the same data as the web app. Agencies can also build a white-label desktop app from the Agency Dashboard and promote it to sub-accounts with a download banner.
