GoHighLevel white label and SaaS Mode: resell HighLevel as your own software

Leer en español: Marca blanca y SaaS Mode en GoHighLevel · Ler em português: Marca branca e SaaS no GoHighLevel · Part of all GoHighLevel features

Quick answer

Every HighLevel agency plan lets you put the web app on your own domain with your logo. Agency Pro ($497/month) adds SaaS Mode: you build plans and prices in the SaaS Configurator, clients pay through your Stripe, their sub-account is created automatically, and you rebill phone, email and AI usage with your own markup.

Plans and add-on prices checked on gohighlevel.com/pricing on October 23, 2026.

Our clients never see “GoHighLevel” when they log in. They open a subdomain of our agency, see our logo and get support from us. For them it is our software. That is what white label means in HighLevel, and it changes the business model: instead of charging only for services, you can charge a monthly subscription for the platform itself.

This guide explains what you can brand, how SaaS Mode works step by step, which plan you need and the parts nobody mentions in the sales videos.

How GoHighLevel white label and SaaS Mode work in five steps, and what each plan allows

What you can white label

Piece How it works Plan or cost
Web app Runs on your domain (for example app.youragency.com) with your logo and colors All agency plans
Funnels and websites Each client publishes on their own custom domain All plans
Mobile app Your own app in the App Store and Google Play $497/month add-on, included in Enterprise
Branded client portal app A mobile app for your client’s customers: courses, communities, bookings $49/month per sub-account
Marketplace apps Apps with the WL badge show your brand, not the developer’s Depends on each app
Email sending Dedicated sending domain per client with LC Email Usage-based
GoHighLevel dashboard that can run under your own domain and logo
The same dashboard your clients see, under your domain and logo.

How SaaS Mode works, step by step

  1. Move to Agency Pro. SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation and AI rebilling are only on the $497/month plan.
  2. Connect Stripe to the agency. Clients pay through your Stripe account; it is also what charges their usage.
  3. Build a snapshot for your niche. Funnels, workflows, pipelines and calendars ready to go, so every new sub-account starts working on day one. See snapshot examples.
  4. Create plans in the SaaS Configurator. Agency → SaaS Configurator → Plans & Pricing → Add Your Plan. Choose price, trial and features per plan.
  5. Set rebilling and markup. Decide how much to charge for phone minutes, SMS, email and AI on top of HighLevel’s cost.
  6. Sell and onboard. Share the checkout link. When the client pays, the sub-account is created with your snapshot and you take it from there.

What a HighLevel SaaS business can look like

An example, not a promise. A marketing agency for dental clinics sells a plan at $197/month that includes the CRM, booking, review requests and Conversation AI, preloaded with a snapshot built for clinics.

Per month
15 clinics × $197 $2,955
Agency Pro plan −$497
Phone, email and AI usage Rebilled to each clinic with a markup
Gross platform margin before support About $2,458

What eats that margin is not HighLevel, it is support time and churn. The agencies that do well sell a result (more booked patients) with the software included, not “a CRM”.

What to watch out for

Support is yours

White label means your clients call you, not HighLevel. Price your plans with onboarding and support time included.

Compliance per client

Each client that sends SMS in the US needs its own A2P 10DLC registration, and each one needs a properly set up email domain. Build that into onboarding.

Usage you did not plan for

Rebilling protects you only if it is switched on. Turn it on before the first client sends a campaign.

Try HighLevel for 30 days before you resell it

The bootcamp link gives you 30 days instead of 14 to build your snapshot and test the platform with a pilot client.

Frequently asked questions

Is GoHighLevel white label?

Yes. You can run the HighLevel web app on your own domain with your logo and colors, so clients log in to your brand. A branded mobile app in the app stores is a separate add-on at $497/month, and the Branded Client Portal App costs $49/month per sub-account.

Which plan do I need for SaaS Mode?

Agency Pro, at $497/month. It adds SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation and rebilling of phone, email and AI usage with your markup. Unlimited ($297/month) lets you rebill phone and email at cost, without markup.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. In the SaaS Configurator you create the plans, choose the price, the trial and the features each plan includes. HighLevel keeps billing you for your agency plan; what you charge your clients is up to you.

Do my clients see the HighLevel name?

In the web app they see your domain and logo. Some pieces stay generic unless you pay for them, such as the default LeadConnector mobile app, which is HighLevel’s own brand. Marketplace apps without the WL badge also show their own name.

Do I need Stripe for SaaS Mode?

Stripe is the natively supported option and the simplest route: clients pay through your Stripe account and rebilling charges their card. The configurator also lets you set up other payment providers per sub-account.

Who supports my clients?

You do. In a white label setup the client does not know to contact HighLevel, so first-level support, onboarding and training are part of what you sell. HighLevel’s 24/7 support helps you, the agency.
