GoHighLevel prospecting tool, online listings and local SEO for agencies
Leer en español: Prospección y SEO local en GoHighLevel · Ler em português: Prospecção e SEO local no GoHighLevel · Part of all GoHighLevel features
The GoHighLevel prospecting tool audits a local business (listings, Google Business Profile, reviews and, on Premium, website and map rankings) so an agency can show the gaps before pitching. It is free for 5 Premium and 50 Basic reports, or $29/month unlimited. Two paid add-ons fix what the audit finds: Online Listings ($30 for 1 month, $150 for 6, $300 for 12) and the SEO add-on by Search Atlas ($79/month per sub-account). All three can be resold to clients.
Based on HighLevel’s help articles for Prospecting (updated April 21, 2026), Listings (April 30, 2026) and SEO (February 12, 2026), and the HighLevel pricing page.
An agency owner has a meeting with a dental clinic on Thursday. In the past, preparing meant an hour of screenshots: the clinic’s Google profile, a few directories with an old phone number, a review count that looks thin next to the clinic two blocks away. With the GoHighLevel prospecting tool, that hour becomes a report. It shows the listings that are wrong, how the reputation compares, how fast the website loads and, on a heatmap, where the clinic disappears from Google Maps three miles from its own door.
That report changes the conversation. The owner is no longer pitching “marketing”; they are pointing at a map and asking why patients in the next neighborhood can’t find the clinic. And the fixes are in the same account: Online Listings to clean up the directories and the SEO add-on to work on rankings, both billed monthly and resold under the agency’s brand. This page explains each piece, what it costs and where it falls short.
What the GoHighLevel prospecting tool includes, and the two add-ons around it
Free vs Premium prospecting
| Free | Premium ($29/month) | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | Agency dashboard > Prospecting | Agency level (one sub-account linked free) or bought for a single sub-account |
| Reports | 5 Premium per month and 50 Basic per day | Unlimited, refreshable once a week |
| Listings audit, GBP and reputation | Yes | Yes |
| Website audit (speed, SEO, mobile) | No | Yes |
| Local SEO heatmaps and competitors | No | Yes |
| AI prospect discovery by area and niche | No | Yes |
| Embeddable lead gen widget | No | Yes |
HighLevel’s article is not consistent about free access inside sub-accounts (it mentions “Agency Sub Accounts” on the $497 plan, while its table says no). Plan on running the free tier from the agency view.
How agencies use it to win local clients
- Pick a niche and an area. Dentists in one city, roofers in a county. Premium’s AI discovery can surface leads for you.
- Run the report before the call. Listings errors, review gaps and, on Premium, page speed and map rankings.
- Lead with one visible problem. A heatmap where the business vanishes a few miles out is easier to understand than an SEO score.
- Capture inbound requests. The widget on your site lets owners run their own audit and lands them in your CRM.
- Follow up automatically. A new-prospect trigger starts a workflow with email and SMS. Automations.
- Sell the fix as a monthly service. Listings and SEO are subscriptions you resell, with the client account built from a snapshot.
Online Listings: Yext or Uberall
The agency picks one listings engine in Agency > Reselling > Listings, and every new client entity inherits it. Clients see a white-labeled Listings product without the engine’s name.
| Uberall | Yext | |
|---|---|---|
| Duplicate suppression | Automatic | Manual |
| Entity conflict risk (per HighLevel) | Low | Medium |
| Task management and data cleansing | Yes | Partial |
| Coverage | 47 countries | 47 countries |
| Compliance listed | GDPR, ISO, PCI | HIPAA, ISO |
| Price | $30 / 1 month · $150 / 6 months · $300 / 12 months | Same price |
You cannot run both engines at once. Changing engines only affects new entities; moving an existing one means unsubscribing and re-subscribing it, which can delay publisher syncs.
The SEO add-on by Search Atlas
Once the agency enables SEO Reselling for a sub-account, a new Sites > SEO menu appears with three tabs: Site Projects (health, backlinks and traffic), Local SEO (Google Maps heatmaps) and Settings (quota usage). “Launch Advanced SEO” opens the full toolkit. It works alongside your websites and funnels.
| Monthly quota (examples) | Amount |
|---|---|
| Site audit projects | 4 |
| Rank tracking credits | 1,000 |
| Keyword research lookups | 100 |
| Local SEO heatmap points | 1,000 (a 3×3 grid uses 9) |
| Pages crawled | 50,000 |
| On-page in-depth audits | 40 |
| Report builder and user seats | Unlimited |
Every heatmap scan, refresh or prefetch spends points, and circular maps cost more per layer. HighLevel’s feature list says the rank tracker covers up to 1,000 keywords.
What it costs
| Item | Price | Billed to |
|---|---|---|
| Prospecting (free tier) | $0 | Agency |
| Premium Prospecting | $29/month | Agency or one sub-account |
| Online Listings | $30 for 1 month, $150 for 6 months, $300 for 12 months | Per business entity |
| SEO add-on (Search Atlas) | $79/month | Per sub-account with SEO enabled |
Your own price to the client is up to you; HighLevel does not publish a suggested resale price. A common setup is to bundle listings and SEO into a local-visibility retainer and show the results in reporting next to reviews. Agencies that want to package it as their own software can do so with white label and SaaS Mode on Agency Pro.

Where dedicated tools win
Deep enterprise SEO research, very large keyword sets or agencies that already have workflows in a standalone SEO suite.

Frequently asked questions
Is the GoHighLevel prospecting tool free?
There is a free tier. From the agency dashboard you get 5 Premium reports per month and 50 Basic reports per day. Premium Prospecting costs $29/month and removes the report limits, adds website audits, local SEO heatmaps and AI prospect discovery.
What does a prospecting report show?
A Basic report audits the business listings, gives a basic Google Business Profile analysis and an online reputation snapshot with reviews and ratings. A Premium report is a full audit that adds website performance (speed, SEO, mobile) and local SEO heatmaps with the top competitors for each pin.
How much does Online Listings cost in GoHighLevel?
HighLevel lists $30 for 1 month, $150 for 6 months or $300 for 12 months, with the same price whether your agency uses Yext or Uberall as the listings engine.
Which countries does Online Listings cover?
HighLevel’s help article says listing management works in 47 countries with both engines. It does not list the countries, so confirm your client’s country before you sell it.
What is included in the GoHighLevel SEO add-on?
It is powered by Search Atlas and costs $79/month per sub-account. It includes keyword research, rank tracking, site and on-page audits with AI fixes, backlink analysis, local SEO heatmaps, Content Genius, a content planner and white-label reports, with monthly quotas.
Can I resell prospecting, listings and SEO to my clients?
Yes. All three are enabled per sub-account from the Reselling area of the agency view. For SEO, HighLevel charges your agency $79 per active sub-account and your client pays you whatever you set, through Stripe or another gateway.
